Draft, dated October 17, 2026. This is a plain-language placeholder, not a finished legal agreement. It will be replaced before BinBoss charges for a subscription.
Terms
BinBoss is an app that helps a family organize a neighborhood trash-can route. The parent, guardian, teacher, or scout leader is the BinBoss customer. Questions: [email protected].
Using BinBoss
You need a parent account before a child under 13 uses BinBoss. You are responsible for the customer notes you enter and for how your family treats neighbors’ contact information. BinBoss is a planning tool. It does not promise customers, earnings, or that a neighbor will hire your kid.
Plans and prices
BinBoss is free at launch. Join as a Founding Boss and Pro features are free during the beta. A Founding Boss gets a heads-up before any charge. The prices below start after the beta. A parent pays. This website does not take payment.
- Free: $0. One kid, up to 6 customers, a basic schedule, and a printable flyer.
- Pro: $4.99 per month, or $39 per year. Unlimited customers, reminders, a route map, an earnings tracker, and online payments.
- Family: $9.99 per month. Up to 4 kids, or a teacher or scout leader, with Pro tools and shared billing.
Prices can change before billing starts. The pricing section on binboss.us will show the current amounts.
What neighbors pay
What a kid charges a neighbor is set by the family, not by BinBoss. BinBoss does not add a percent on top of that payment and does not take a share of it. The only BinBoss charge is the optional subscription.
If you use online payments, the card processor can charge its own processing fee. That fee is not a BinBoss cut.
Where the app lives right now
Until App Store and Google Play listings exist, “Open the app” goes to the web preview at https://binboss-preview.surge.sh. That address is temporary. binboss.us is the marketing site.
