Draft, dated October 8, 2026. This is a plain-language placeholder, not a finished legal policy. It will be replaced before BinBoss charges for a subscription.

Privacy

BinBoss is a tool for families. A parent or guardian holds the account and uses it to help a child run a neighborhood trash-can route. Questions: [email protected].

Who the account is for

The account holder is a parent, guardian, teacher, or scout leader. BinBoss is not built for a child to sign up alone. For anyone under 13, a parent gives consent before the child uses the app.

Information the app is built to store

  • The parent’s name, email, and login
  • A child’s first name or nickname, and route details the family enters
  • Customer names, notes, schedules, and payment records the family chooses to keep
  • Subscription status if you choose Pro or Family

Children

We are building BinBoss with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in mind: parental consent before personal information is collected from a child under 13, no kid-only account, and no advertising aimed at children. This draft is not a claim that a lawyer has signed off on compliance.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell personal information.
  • We do not run ads aimed at children.
  • We do not take a percent of what neighbors pay a kid. That money is not BinBoss revenue.

Subscriptions

If a parent pays for Pro or Family, the payment processor handles the card. This marketing site does not take payment. Plan details are on the pricing section and in the terms draft.

Contact

Email [email protected] to ask what the app stores, or to ask us to correct or delete account information once accounts are open.

Changes

When the full policy is ready, it will replace this page at binboss.us/privacy. The date at the top will change with it.
